- The price of the merchandises shown on the website has included the EMS shipping cost (Excluding import duties, customs and local sales taxes)

- Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays
- When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- Merchandises in your order that are designated for shipment to China. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes (*Import Fees) levied by the China government; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
- If you refuse a shipment from CLCcigar , you are responsible for the original shipping charges and handling charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CLCcigar . - For refund: CLCcigar will deduct the first postal fee for the returned package: US$20 for a box of cigar or US$30 for two boxes of cigars; i.e. Actual reimbursement will deduct USD18 OR USD28 from the paid amount
- Return packages that arrives by COD will be denied or the COD amount will be deducted from your return.
- We are very confident of our merchandises, whether in the quality of care to the packaging and shipping handling. We can ONLY accept the return of the merchandises in the following circumstances
– Product damage, if the product is damaged on the way of delivery, such as burst or wet damaged.
– Incorrect delivery, In the event of incorrect handling by the Company (purchased goods do not match the products received)
- Customer must contact us immediately after receiving the shipment and return it to us within 3 days; the shipment must properly pack in original packaging and original content of the merchandise. Exchange, return or refund will not be accepted if any missing content and subsequent damages
- Please allow your financial institution additional 7 to 10 business days to refund to your account.
